At babyflakes we like to treat our customers, as we would like to be treated ourselves.
We do not use any products in our gifts that we would not use for our own children.
babyflakes will do its utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the time frame specified. However should there be a delay we will let you know.
Should one of our gifts be sent to the wrong address due to customer error, regrettably you will still be charged for this gift.
Once your gift has been posted our finance department will invoice you directly. If within 28 days of invoicing, we have not recieved payment we will issue a written reminder, followed by a phonecall to ascertain the delay.
babyflakes has the right to decline any orders.
We hold creative ownership of the diddycake, babybud and diddybud. These have been devised specifically for babyflakes
